Procarers Ltd does not offer refunds. In the unfortunate event that a client is not happy by a service carried out by The Procarers Ltd, the issue must be raised with us within 24hrs of completion of the service. Once we established the claim is reality based, we will rectify the issues at no extra cost to the client within 48hrs.
New clients and “one off clean” clients, will be asked to pay in full of the quoted fee for the first service when booking.
One-off Bookings can be cancelled up to 72hrs before the scheduled clean. After this point 50% of the total fee will be charged.
Regular cleaning and other service clients are paid for by re-occurring payments, which must be made prior to or on the day of the clean. Any cleans cancelled less than 72hrs before the scheduled clean will be charged in full.
